Clashes break out between police and protesters in Delhi's Seelampur over Citizenship Amendment Act. According to initial reports, protesters started pelting stones at police after which police fire tear gas shells on demonstrators. Keeping in mind the violent protests, traffic movement has been closed on 66 feet road from Seelampur to Jafrabad (both carriageways). DMRC has also closed the entry and exit gates at Welcome, Jaffrabad and Maujpur-Babarpur, Seelampur and Gokulpuri metro stations where trains won't halt.
