Chhath Puja: LG VK Saxena declares dry day in Delhi on October 30 on account of festival

The Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena of Delhi has declared Chhath puja i.e, October 30 as a 'dry day' in the Capital. Several parties had demanded that Chhath puja day should be declared a dry day.
