Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal's AAP MLAs misbehaved and threatened the Chief Secretary of NCT Delhi Government last night. According to sources, Chief Secretary Anshu Prakash will consult with Delhi Lt Governor Anil Baijal before approaching the police.
