AIIMS student body apologises for controversial Ramayan skit

The AIIMS student association apologised after a social media uproar over an allegedly distasteful Ramlila skit performed by some students. Many social media users found the skit to be disrespectful of religious sentiments and demeaning towards Lord Ram. The controversial skit was performed on the occasion of Dussehra by some first-year MBBS students near the hostel quadrangle at the AIIMS campus.
