AIIMS services still down, Chinese hackers' role suspected

For a third consecutive day, India's premier healthcare institute AIIMS is still facing ransomware attacks. Delhi AIIMS reported a massive cyber attack on Wednesday. All the services in the AIIMS are being run manually.
