11,000 residential plots to be handed over to allottees after 5-year delay

Nearly 11,000 residential plots of 200, 300, 1000 square meters, will be handed over to allottees by the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) by June 30. 5,500 allottees of these plots will are slated to receive their possession letters by March 31 and another will get theirs by June 31. The plots belong to YEIDA’s Residential Plot Scheme (RPS) 1 and 2 from 2009. The possession which was due in 2014, got delayed by five years due to disputes and legal cases.
