Tamil Nadu Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin praised Odisha government for their cooperation at the time of the horrific accident of the Coromandel Express train in Balasore of Odisha. “Call centers that we have arranged in Chennai have received only 10-11 calls as of yesterday...We spoke to all govt officials we visited all the hospitals where victims were kept. We didn't find anybody from Tamil Nadu. As of now out of the 8 people that we announced yesterday two people were able to reach and are safe... The Odisha government has taken a very good initiative and supported our government. Our IAS officers are still in Odisha working on this”. Earlier, Tamil Nadu CM MK Stalin listened to the details of the rescue operations including providing proper treatment to the victims and bringing passengers from Tamil Nadu.
