Patiala attack: Punjab CM Captain Amarinder Singh talks to injured cop

Punjab CM Captain Amarinder Singh talked to ASI Harjeet Singh whose hand was chopped off by some Nihang Sikhs. Doctors at PGI Chandigarh managed to join the cop' wrist following a marathon operation that lasted seve-and-a-half hours. Captain Amarinder Singh had a video chat with the brave cop and said that the government will fully support him.
