NCC cadets thrashed with belt in Mohali

As many as seven National Cadet Corps (NCC) cadets were thrashed by their so-called instructor with a belt with a belt after Independence Day celebrations at a government college in Punjab’s Mohali. The matter came to light through a video, which has gone viral.
