Chandigarh fashion design students were at their creative best recently as two institutes showcased their students’ collections. While Panjab University put up its annual design show ‘Shears & Ruban’ by Fashion Department, University Institute of Fashion Technology and Vocational Development (UIFT & VD), another design institute hosted its design interiors show, ‘A Perfect Dream Wedding’.
