Hathras rape case: Police use water cannon to disperse protesting Congress workers

Police used water cannon to disperse the protesting Congress workers at sector 34 in Chandigarh. Congress workers were protesting over the rape and brutal killing of Dalit woman at Hathras in UP. Protests are being held in different parts of the country against BJP and Uttar Pradesh Government over Hathras gang rape case.
