Haryana government recommends parole for rape convict Ram Rahim

As Haryana approaches polls, appeasement politics have already begun in the state. The government has recommended parole for Ram Rahim, the Dera Sacha Sauda chief, who is also a rape convict. The police have cited exemplary conduct to grant parole to the convict who has sought a 42-day parole.
