Mohammad Mujheeb, the Advocate of Congress MLA Mamman Khan alleged that the case against the MLA in connection with the Nuh violence is fabricated. He also claimed that Mamman Khan’s name is not there in the FIR. “The case is false, and fabricated. There is no name in the FIR of the alleged accused Mamman Khan. Mamman Khan was in Gurugram on the day of violence,” said advocate Mohammad Mujheeb. Congress MLA Mamman Khan, an accused in the Nuh clashes case, was on September 15 remanded to two-day police custody by a court in Haryana. The development comes after Khan was arrested by a Special Investigation Team (SIT) of the Haryana Police on Thursday and produced before the court today.
