An engineering student died in a road accident while avoiding a pothole. The victim, Atheesh, was riding a two-wheeler from Nanthoor junction towards Bikarnakatte. He lost control of the vehicle while trying to avoid a pothole. He was rushed to a hospital but died on the way. One of his friends held a silent protest, holding a placard in front of the Mangaluru City Corporation, demanding justice for his friend.
