5 arrested in Mysuru gang-rape case, says Karnataka Home Minister

Five people have been arrested in connection with gang-rape of a student in Mysuru, informed Karnataka Home Minister Araga Jnanendra on August 28. “Five people arrested. Our Police team exhibited efficiency. I thank our Police,” said state Home Minister. A girl student was allegedly gang-raped at Lalithadripura layout, Mysuru on August 24. As per the complaint, six men committed the crime and also beat up the girl's male friend.
