Morbi bridge collapse: Gujarat HC takes suo motu cognizance, issues notice

Gujarat High Court took suo motu cognisance of the Morbi bridge collapse and issued notices to the state government, district administration, municipal authorities and the state human rights commission. The bridge collapse claimed 135 lives on October 30.
