Union Minister of State, Parshottam Rupala, was seen participating in a garba dance with locals at Gujarat’s Amreli. A video of the MoS participating in garba has been making the rounds on social media. This is not the first time that Rupala was seen taking part in a garba dance, videos of him engaging at garba events during Navratri have surfaced before as well.
