Focus on banks to cut rates: Raghuram Rajan

In a big boost for the markets and economy, RBI governor Raghuram Rajan cut repo rate by 50 basis points. Rajan added that RBI is focusing on banks to cut rates so that the benefit can be passed on to the consumers even more.
