Iran’s Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf has issued a sharp warning to the United States, accusing Washington of escalating the conflict and risking wider regional instability. In a strongly worded statement, Ghalibaf said US actions were “dragging the United States into a living hell for every single family,” while warning that the broader region could “burn” if current policies continue. He also linked US decision-making to Israeli leadership, suggesting Washington was closely aligned with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s approach. At the same time, the message carried a dual tone. While issuing a clear warning, Ghalibaf also called for de-escalation, stating that the only viable solution lies in respecting the rights of the Iranian people and stepping back from further confrontation.
