Anukriti Gusain has been appointed as the representative of India for Miss Grand International 2017. She was one of the Top 6 in Femina Miss India 2017 where she represented the state of Uttrakhand. She succeeds Pankhuri Gidwani as the new Miss Grand India. Miss Grand International 2017 will be held in Vietnam in coming October where beauties across the globe will be vying to win the fifth edition of the competition.

The fifth edition of Miss Grand International 2017 will be held on 25th October 2017 in Vietnam, wherein reigning Miss Grand International Ariska Putri from Indonesia will crown her successor.

India has never won a Miss Grand International title, and the country’s highest placement was when in 2015 Vartika Singh was crowned as second runner-up.
