Former NZ rugby player embarrassed by her nineties beauty pageant days

Former Black Ferns player-come-sports broadcaster Melodie Robinson was outed as a one time Kiwi beauty queen on the AM Show on Friday. And she's a little embarrassed about it. Robinson, who's filling in for Mark Richardson on the sports news beat during school holidays, had some old footage of her time in as a Miss Zealand contestant sprung on her during the show, by co-presenter Aziz Al-Sa'afin.
