Mahasangam episodes are the new trend

With festive season’s commence,

has been in the process of grabbing more eyeballs with special episodes. In order to interest the audience, the channel has so far come up with two Mahasangam episodes. One was telecast on Janmashtami where all the prime time soaps of the channel put up a mega episode – lead actors of Suri,

Kumkum Na Pagla Padya

were bringing together the festival at Tulsi of

Shukra Mangal

’s home in the show. The episode also had special conversations from renowned Gujarati author Kajal Oza Vaidya and actor Siddharth Randeria.

Taking a cue from the popularity of this Janmashtami special, the channel did come up with Ganesh Utsav special episode of Suri – it had a crossover with Shukra Mangal. Also, it incorporated performances by actors Hitu Kanodia and Mamta Soni. Also a few classical dance performances and music performances added more splendor to the Ganesh utsav special episode which was a treat to the Gujarati audience.
