For me, my dad is my best friend in the family. Besides him, Sakshi Tanwar and Aashka Goradia are my good friends. I love going on a long drive or for a movie with them. Sakshi and Aashka are my soul sisters. When it comes to workout buddies, I don’t like having companions in the gym otherwise I won’t be able to work out. A friendship that has turned sour I forget as I totally believe in forgetting and forgiving. That’s how I stay fit. I don’t have time for revenge.

Mohit Sehgal

Barun Sobti, Akshaye Dogra, Raqesh Vashisht, Riddhi Dogra, Gautam Hedge, Pashmeen Manchanda are Mohit's hangout friends. TV sweethearts Mohit and Sanaya not only meet up with their gang for the odd coffee or movie outing, but like regular 20-somethings even take short trips together. Says Mohit, “Sanaya and I often hang out with Barun Sobti, Pashmeen, Akshaye Dogra, Raqesh Vashisht and Riddhi Dogra and Gautam Hegde. We don’t need a Friendship Day to celebrate our bond, because whenever we meet is a celebration of the deep bond that we share.”

Small screen heart throb Vivian Dsena who’s said to be one of the most fun loving guys off screen, admits to sharing loads of fun moments with his regular buddies. Vivian shares, “Shashank Vyas, Suyash Rai, Indresh Mallik and Karanvir Bohra. are my 2 am friends who are also like family. They stand by me no mater what and vice-versa.” Besides partying and holiday with his friends, Vivian also whips up some delectable platters for his entire gang. His hangout buddies include Karanvir Bohra, Kishwer Merchant, Suyash Rai, Teejay Sidhu, Shashank Vyas and Tanvi Shah.

Vikas Gupta, Charlie Chauhan, Nivedita Basu, Scarlett Rose are Parth Samthaan's hangout buddies. Teenage heartthrob Parth has an active social life with his TV colleagues after pack-up and also regularly posts snaps on social networking sites with his gang.

Manish Paul generally hangsout with Iqbal Khan, Karan Wahi, Karan V Grover and Sehban Azim. The anchor-actor Manish enjoys spending fun time with his friends from the industry, some of whom he’s known for several years now. Says Manish, “I am best of friends with Karan (V Grover) and Iqbal (Khan). I can say even Karan Johar is someone I can bank upon even at 2 am for any guidance.”

I consider my sister Naina to be my best friend as I believe there's no better friend than a sister. Yes we do have our share of fights but we are confident that at the end of the day there will be no back stabbing, gossip behind our back and our secrets will be respected. Alekh Sangal, Nakuul Mehta and I have been friends for the last 13 years. Our friendship started in college and while our remaining friends decided to do their MBA, we three decided to become actors. We did theatre together and then started our journey in tinsel town. We have shared each other’s successes and failures. For us if anyone succeeds amongst the three of us feel the same amount of happiness. A friend is someone- who can understand you from the way you say hello, who promises to walk with you in thick and thins, good and bad, who can make you laugh unconditionally, who wipes your tears and gives you strength. For me, my darling friend Dolly defines true friendship. She dolls up my life unconditionally and gives me interest free joy. My funniest moment with Dolly is when she books a film show for me only to inform me that she has booked a wrong show and now it's earlier than the one booked previously. It makes me literally run 20 kms at a short notice of 30 minutes just to be on time for the movie!

My best friend is Gaurav Agarwal and we know each other for 10 years now. We were out of touch for a few years in between when we only used to wish each other on New Years. But then one day Gaurav said lets meet and there's been no looking back since then. I love the fact that Gaurav is non-judgmental and he stands by me whether I am right or wrong. When I am wrong, he will point it out but he'll still be by my side. He's the calming factor in my life and says 'All good bro' to every challenge that comes our way. It's a friendship I cherish.

I take long time to become friends with anybody. Friendship doesn’t happen because of person’s particular trait. Friendship simply connects you to the other person! My best buddies are Mansi Scott, Suchitra Pillai and Shweta Salve. We love to spend time with each other whenever it’s possible. We had loads of fun recently at the farewell party of one of our good friend, Sagarika (Mukherjee). We just sat and laugh over silly things.
