, who is revered for his oeuvre in Telugu films, is all set to make his TV debut with a new daily soap.
As per latest reports, SV Krishna Reddy is making a new daily soap, which is touted to be a sequel to
Subhalagnam
, one of his popular Telugu films. This new daily soap shall feature
Aamani, who is part of the film's cast too, in one of the lead roles. Further details about the rest of the cast are yet to be out soon.
This new daily soap is expected to be telecast in February, 2019. However, an official confirmation is awaited on this.
Subhalagnam narrates the story of a middle-class husband (played by Jagapathi Babu in the film), who is the lone breadwinner of the house and his possessive wife (essayed by Aamani), whose greed for money capsizes their cozy world. The film is admired for its endearing plot and performances. It remains to be seen how its sequel impresses the TV crowd.
