Meghana wanted to be a chemistry lecturer

Meghana Lokesh, popularly known as Sashi B.Tech, had different plans altogether before she shot to fame with Sashirekha Parinayam, which is currently being aired on MAA TV. The actress, who hails from Mysore, reveals that she had acted in few Kannada serials before making her debut in Telugu; however, there was a time when she wanted to become a lecturer. "One of my dreams was to become a chemistry lecturer.Not that I took keen interest in the subject, but I liked the whole idea of working in a lab, wearing the apron. However, I had to discontinue my studies because I was shooting all the serials in Bangalore and studying in Mysore. After a point, it became difficult to juggle both. I've taken up a correspondence course and I want to graduate with a degree in BA," she says.
