Jayanthi tries to emotionally blackmail
Amrutha at the temple.
Jayachandra
intervenes and drags curbs the conversation. Both Jayanthi and Amrutha argue over Amrutha and her marriage with Surendra. Jayachandra warns her not to snoop in on their lives anymore. She summons Chakradhar (Jayachandra’s nephew) and Vasantha (his mother) to cut a deal with them. She bribes them to bring back Amrutha.
Sundeep offers sweets to his mother celebration at the workplace. Siri (his wife) ruins his happiness by demeaning his promotion to be a recommendation of Amrutha. She takes a mention of Sundeep’s acquaintance with Amrutha in the past. Sundeep and his mother try and fail to talk some sense into Siri.
Meanwhile, at home, Chakradhar and Vasantha as Jayanthi’s messengers try to pollute Amrutha’s mind and convince her into patching up with Jayanthi. However, Chakradhar faces Jayachandra’s ire. He slaps Chakradhar and orders both of them (Chakradhar and Vasantha) to leave his house. Amrutha prevents him in doing so and further assures him to settle things directly with Jayanthi.
Amrutha confronts Jayanthi and declares that she is safe in the hands of Jayachandra. She requests Jayanthi to mind her own business further. Renuka also suggests Jayanthi let Amrutha free. Jayanthi humiliates Renuka and justifies her affection and concern towards Amrutha.
