In the latest episode of
Koilamma
, Lakshmi tells Ashok that she is just praying god to make her stone-hearted so that she can remain indifferent to
Kokila
’s suffering. This leaves Ashok speechless. Noticing Manoj coming their way, Ashok asks Lakshmi to control her emotions. Manoj arrives and notices Lakshmi following a custom that was practiced by their mother. He joins her in lighting some lamps and makes a wish that he should keep singing until his last breath.
Ashok asks if he has wished anything for his daughter Sindhu. Manoj declares that music means more to him than his daughter. Ashok is proud of Manoj.
Kokila eagerly anticipates the arrival of Arun, the artist who is supposed to come with his sketch of
Sameer and Kokila. Kokila wants to ensure that no one else collects the sketch.
Amar arrives and compels her to join him to the venue of the ceremony. As they leave, Arun arrives with the sketch. Suddenly, he learns that his grandfather is sick. Arun tells
Manorama that he knows Kokila much before her marriage with her love interest.
Manorama is surprised to know that Kokila and Amar were in a relationship too. Arun handovers his sketch to Manorama and asks her to give it to Kokila. Manorama assures to do the same.
Kokila is worried about the sketch even at the venue of the ceremony. Amar says that his stomach is upset and he needs to leave for the guest house right away. Kokila says she will accompany him but Amar asks her to stay back and supervise the preparations. He reaches the guest house to realize that the sketch is here. He takes the sketch to his room.
On the other hand, Arun meets Kokila and informs that he has given the sketch to Manorama. Kokila is taken aback by this.
