Avani
resorts to
Pavani for some financial help. Pavani grabs the moment to ridicule Avani's fate and humiliate her. She then proposes a deal to Avani, according to which, the latter will have to separate from
Akshay if she wants to unite
Subhadra
with Santhosh. This leaves Avani appalled. She lashes out at Pavani for her selfishness. Pavani says that Avani is bound to come back to her sooner or later.
Avani goes home to see Akshay, who is back from Delhi. They share how much they have missed each other in the two days. She asks him about his meeting with the lawyers. Akshay replies that they are hopeless about the case.
In the meanwhile, Pavani meets
Savitri and asks to get her son married again to another girl from a wealthier family. But Savitri expresses her doubts about the possible retaliation from Subhadra's family. Pavani then pronounces that she need not fear about it because Subhadra and Santhosh's marriage is not public and Subhadra's pregnancy is rather a disgrace to the family. Savitri is very much pleased with Pavani's idea and is all set to break the couple.
Avani shares her worries with Akshay about Subhadra's future. She informs him about the demands of Pavani and Savitri as well. Akshay feels helpless and walks away in silence.
Sathyamurthy condemns Savitri’s plans for her son. He urges her to be human at least once in her lifetime.
While Akshay is worked up about Subhadra's issue, Pavani arrives and jeers him by adding that marrying her is his only hope in the current scenario.
