In deep sorrow, Deepa informs Mounitha about Karthik giving his consent to get re-married. With an evil grin, Mounitha tries to console Deepa. She also promises to talk to Karthik regarding this. Overjoyed Mounitha shares this update with her uncle. He sarcastically chides her for ruining the couple’s marriage. Mounitha is proud of her actions. She plans to directly make a marriage proposal to Karthik and even carries a pistol to shoot Karthik and commit suicide in case he rejects to marry her. Mounitha’s uncle snatches the pistol from her. He advocates her to talk to Karthik first.

Meanwhile, Murali Krishna reaches Soundarya’s house to demand justice. Soundarya and Murali Krishna have a heated exchange of words in front of the family. As Murali Krishna is about to reveal the secret (about Karthik), he is prevented by his wife and mother-in-law. His younger daughter Shravya (Soundarya’s younger daughter-in-law) interferes. She asks her mother to take Murali Krishna away. Murali Krishna refuses to leave and continues to create a ruckus.

Soundarya allows him to calm down first and then reveal the secret he wanted to. Murali Krishna then discloses that Karthik has fertility issues but not Deepa. Soundarya and Anand Rao (Karthik’s father) do not believe this. Soundarya asks him to get out. They indulge in a heated argument again.
