Karthika Deepam is going to showcase some interesting developments in the upcoming episodes.
Karthik’s suspicion over Monitha will only worsen as he will come across a major witness. Varanasi will bump into Karthik and show him a picture of him (Karthik) and Deepa together to prove his identity. This will leave Karthik taken aback. Karthik will witness Monitha giving Deepa a death threat and he is already on the verge of believing if Monitha is his real wife. On the other hand, Durga is on a mission to teach Monitha a lesson by rubbing salt onto Karthik’s injury. Durga has been moving closely with Monitha creating many doubts for Karthik already.
For the unversed, Karthik is already feeling disconnected in the new place that Monitha got him to. Monetha tries to bluff that it is his hometown. Deepa has already met Rajyalakshmi and sought her help in fighting against Monitha and her schemes. Rajyalakshmi has exposed Monitha and her lies.
Monitha has put a dent in Karthik and Deepa by manipulating him. She made Karthik believe that Deepa had an illicit affair with Vihari. Karthik and Deepa were separated for nearly a decade. When Karthik finally realised his mistake and reconciled with Deepa, the two met with an accident and Karthik forgot his past. Now, Monitha is trying to manipulate Karthik into believing that she is her legal wife. But Durga has come back into Monitha's life to help Deepa and Karthik reconcile.
Karthika Deepam recently lost its apex position on the TRP charts to Guppedantha Manasu. The show, however, has improved its viewership and is striving hard to redeem its position on the TRP chart. Notably, both the popular shows are having a miniscule difference in their ratings.
