) old flame in college. He is also the witness for Monitha's crimes in the past. ACP Roshini (

), who is currently investigating Monitha's complaint against Karthik, is also on the look out for Anji. It was recently shown that he is right now in Suryapet and Deepa and Monitha have set out to find him first.
Anji previously tried to expose Monitha but Karthik ignored him. He (Karthik) further warned him to stay away from his family. Now, Karthik has realised the true colours of Monitha and wants to bring back Anji.
