From disappointment over eviction to calling Tanuja double-faced: Here's what Shrasti Verma shared about Bigg Boss Telugu 9

The first elimination of Bigg Boss Telugu 9 took place this weekend. Hosted by Nagarjuna, the weekend episodes were packed with intense showdowns and confrontations among the contestants. Choreographer Shrasti Verma became the first evictee of Bigg Boss Telugu 9, after receiving the fewest viewer votes among nominees like Rithu Chowdary, Suman Shetty, Demon Pavan, and others. Here’s everything she shared about her journey on the show:

In a light-hearted conversation with host Sivaji, Shrasti opened up about her elimination. Expressing her disappointment at being evicted in the very first weekend, she said,
“Maybe God has better plans for me in the future.”

When Sivaji asked about her bond with fellow contestant Bharani, Shrasti said,
“The way he treated me and cared for me, I felt a brotherly connection with him. When Sanjana’s theft caused inconvenience in the house, I asked him if he knew anything about it, and he denied it. Later, I found out he actually knew what had happened. That broke my trust in him.”

Asked to share her thoughts on Tanuja and Rithu, Shrasti didn’t hold back.
“They are double-faced,” she claimed. “They talk differently on and off camera.”
However, she added that she got positive vibes from Harish and Kalyan. She also mentioned Flora as her favourite housemate and described Demon Pavan as “soft-hearted.”

When asked who she thought might have been evicted instead of her, Shrasti named Suman Shetty and Flora Saini.
“They were nominated with proper reasons. I ended up in nominations because I failed the nomination task,” she said.
