Evaru Meelo Koteeswarulu: Samantha Ruth Prabhu revealing her recent shift to calming apps to Jr NTR calling her 'Mahanati', highlights at a glance

Actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu has graced the Dussehra special of Jr NTR-hosted Evaru Meelo Koteeswarulu. It was indeed a special episode with the vivacious actress winning Rs. 25 lakhs which she donated to her charitable organization. Here's a quick look at the highlights of the episode.

The ace actress revealed that she will wake up a little early at 4.30 am in the morning on Vijaya Dasami and indulge in some Devi chants. While the rest of the daily chores remain the same for her.

In a fun banter with host Jr NTR after answering a question, Samantha quipped that she can be an option for hosting the next season of the show. Jr NTR quickly replied, "Should I tell the channel and also my fans that I will not host the next season?" Samantha requested him not to do so leaving everyone in splits.

When host Jr NTR asked Samantha about her interest in quiz apps, the latter revealed that she was once very interested in them but of late she is more into calming apps, thereby indirectly referring to her separation with husband Naga Chaitanya as well.

Samantha reiterated her focus on gender equality and early learning in the school that she has set up. Adding that children develop their personality within 5 years of age, Samantha emphasized on the need to nurture them during that critical age of growing.

Samantha revealed her interest and investment in hydroponic farming, which she inculcated during the lockdown last year. She spoke about the benefits of the special farming technique without soil and how she invested in a firm focusing on the same.

Samantha also disclosed that she tried badminton for a couple of days inspired by PV Sindhu's Olympic win a few years ago but the routine did not last for long though. She underlined the fact that many parents were keen upon encouraging their girl child in sports especially badminton inspired by PV Sindhu's success.

In reciprocation to Samantha's compliments for Jr NTR dubbing for a recent trailer of his magnum opus RRR, host Jr NTR called her the 'Mahanati' of this generation adding that she has got beauty, talent, and character just like 'Mahanati' Savitri.

Samantha took lifelines 50-50 for a question worth Rs. 1, 60,000 while she took yet another lifeline Audience poll for the question worth Rs. 12,50,000. She walked away winning Rs. 25 lakhs in the special episode.
