Bigg Boss Telugu 7 Winner Pallavi Prashanth arrested after post-finale ruckus

Bigg Boss Telugu 7 winner-agriculturist Pallavi Prashanth has found himself in legal trouble. Popularly known as the 'Raithu Bidda', Prashanth has allegedly been arrested in Hyderabad on Wednesday in connection with a vandalism incident involving the runner-up, Amardeep Chowdary.

The incident unfolded after Pallavi Prashanth was declared the champion of Bigg Boss Telugu 7, securing the coveted title and a cash prize of Rs 35 lakh. However, the post-finale revelry took an unexpected turn outside the Annapurna Studio in Hyderabad, where a large crowd of Prashanth's fans reportedly gathered.

As Amardeep Chowdary, the runner-up, was on his way home with his mother and actress-wife Tejaswini, the celebratory atmosphere turned hostile. Allegedly, fans of Pallavi Prashanth surrounded Amardeep's car, and the situation escalated to an unfortunate extent. The fans reportedly attacked Amardeep's car, resulting in the breaking of the windshield.


As per reports in the media, in the aftermath of the incident, the police took swift action, filing multiple cases against those involved, with Pallavi Prashanth allegedly been listed as the primary accused (A1) and his brother Manohar as A2. Authorities are actively working on identifying additional individuals involved in the incident through CCTV footage and eyewitness accounts.

The police investigation is expected to shed light on the circumstances surrounding the incident and the role of those involved. Meanwhile, Amardeep Chowdary, the runner-up, is said to be cooperating with the authorities as they seek to unravel the events that marred what was supposed to be a joyous occasion in the aftermath of the Bigg Boss Telugu 7 grand finale.
