Baladitya, RJ Surya and Marina-Rohit are the captaincy contenders and the rest of the contestants will also toil in the captaincy task. The latest teaser that surfaced online confirmed the same.

However, the latest reports reveal that Baladitya became the captain of the house in the first week. Sources suggest that Geetu was sent to BB jail towards the end of yet another task to decide the best and worst performer of the week. However, an official confirmation can be expected only in the episode.

A video of Geetu sharing her views on winning a task by hook or crook is already doing the rounds on social media with a section of netizens opining that she deserves to be jailed.

The latest teaser of the upcoming task shows the contestants dipping their faces in the various tubs while Faima can be heard objecting to Revanth's game. Marina can also be seen agitated in the teaser.

Baladitya was initially nominated for eviction as a 'Trash' contestant but he was saved by the 'Class' contestants Neha, Geetu and Adi using a special power given by Bigg Boss. He was swapped with Aarohi from the 'Mass' category.

Finally, seven contestants including Inaya, Abhinaya Sri, Aarohi, Sri Satya, Chanti, Faima, and Revanth got nominated for eviction in week 1.

21 contestants including celeb couple Marina Abraham-Rohit Sahni and commoner contestant Adi Reddy entered the BB house on September 4 (Sunday). The show will run for 106 days with weekday episodes airing at 10 PM and weekend episodes airing at 9 PM. Host Nagarjuna is expected to address the issues and school the contestants in the first weekend episodes.

Anjali aka Aarohi Rao is one of the most talked about contestants in Bigg Boss Telugu season 6 now; due credits to her spat with Revanth in the recent episode. The news presenter held her ground in her argument with Revanth and did not hesitate to walk up to the latter and also apologise. It remains to be seen how their fights pan out in the upcoming episodes. However, not many know that Aarohi is a fighter and self-made woman. Here's a quick look at some lesser-known facts about Aarohi.

Born Anjali, Aarohi was born in a village near Warangal. She lost her mother at the age of just 5 years. Her father abandoned the family and she along with her elder brother were raised by her grandmother.

Aarohi completed her graduation in Warangal. She had to discontinue her MBA (HR) due to financial constraints but she feels education is important for everyone.

Aarohi always loved movies, songs, and singing. She used to sing in school and other occasions and was appreciated for her voice.

Aarohi worked in agricultural fields for Rs. 100 pocket money. She discontinued her post-graduation and started to do odd jobs to support her family. Aarohi even dubbed for short films for Rs. 200. She apparently gave Rs. 100 to her grandma and ate biryani with the leftover Rs. 100.

During her graduation days, she got trained in news reading and secured a job in a local TV channel. Her first salary was Rs. 4000, which helped her pay her educational expenses.

Aarohi strived hard to convince her grandmother to move to Hyderabad and pursue a career in media with the help of her elder brother. She was one of those millions who lost their job during the pandemic. She auditioned for a popular news channel and got selected due to her Telangana accent and vivaciousness. She hasn't looked back ever since.

Describing herself as a 'tomboy', Aarohi shared in a recent online interview that she was once stalked by someone during her graduation days in Warangal. She kicked a bike which fell on that guy and he complained to the local police against her. Aarohi prefers to be a tomboy to stay safe and strong in society.
