Bigg Boss Telugu 5: Shanmukh trolled for his performance as Singham in the roleplay task; a look at a few reactions

Bigg Boss Telugu 5 is trying to entertain fans with the ongoing role play task where the contestants are playing their favourite superstars. Shanmukh was assigned to play Tamil actor Suriya's popular character Singham.
While Shanmukh is trying to give his best as Singham, his performance is being trolled on social media. Many fans and netizens opined that Shanmukh's energy in his dance moves or the ongoing skit doesn't match that of Suriya as Singham. The latest teaser of the upcoming episode where the contestants perform a hilarious sketch playing their respective superstars has Siri as Genelia hugging Shanmukh as Singham when Sunny as Simha orders her to impress the latter (Singham). This didn't go well with a section of netizens who slammed the two for hugging in the task.

On the other hand, Sunny, Sreerama Chandra and Maanas have scored brownie points with their performance as Balakrishna, Chiranjeevi and Pawan Kalyan respectively. Kajal is trying to give her best as late actress Sridevi from the Telugu classic Jagadeka Veerudu Athiloka Sundari.
The recent episode saw Shanmukh walking away refusing to participate in the discussion about the skit to be performed next. When Siri confronted him about his comments and reluctance to participate, Shanmukh lost his cool. They patched up later though.
Sunny also often complained that Shanmukh got offended for his imitation while the latter reiterated he doesn't like it.
For the unversed, Bigg Boss Telugu 5 is inching close to its grand finale on December 19 (Sunday). Sreerama Chandra has become the first finalist of the season while this weekend will see yet another eviction to decide four other finalists.
