Bigg Boss Telugu 4: Mudda Mandaram fame Thanuja Puttaswamy to take part in the reality TV show?
The popular daily soap starring Thanuja, Pawan Sae, Sunandha Malasetti, Haritha and others has concluded in December, 2019. Later, Thanuja hasn’t announced her next project in Telugu and very soon nationwide lockdown due to COVID-19 followed.
"My family had complaints that I wasn’t spending enough time at home from the past 5-6 years due to continued work. So, when my Mudda Mandaram ended, I thought I’ll take a break. But this lockdown is like in a way a bonus for me. On the flip side, my heart aches for people who are suffering due to this lockdown," Thanuja told ETimes-TV in her recent interview.
Bigg Boss Telugu season 4 is around the corner and speculations about the contestants of the upcoming season are already rife. With a few days to go for the launch of the reality TV series, here’s a look at the most probable contestants of the show this season. However, an official confirmation on this is expected in the premiere episode of the forthcoming season.
Popular choreographer-turned-director Amma Rajasekhar is one of the most probable contestants of this season. He is popular for his work in many films as a choreographer and also his successful stint as a director with the film ‘Ranam’ starring Gopichand and Kamna Jethmalani. He also judged the popular dance reality show Aata hosted by Ohmkar.
The ace choreographer-TV judge is one of the most expected contestants this season. He has confirmed the same in an exclusive chat with ETimes-TV recently. He said, “Yes, I was approached for season 4 and I’m keen upon taking it up this time. I was approached for the previous seasons as well but somehow it didn’t work out. I was also busy with other shoots and I had to let it go.”
Noel Sean is a familiar name to the telly audience, too. The noted playback singer is expected to entertain fans with his stint in Bigg Boss Telugu 4. Notably, he has actively campaigned for his bestie Rahul Sipligunj in the previous season. Rahul was eventually crowned as the winner of season 3. Noel is completely aware of the reality TV series’ format and he enjoys a significant fan-base in social media as well. Having the support of Rahul Sipligunj and many others from the singer community might also help this talented rapper-TV host.

The popular TV host, who is currently on a sabbatical enjoying motherhood to the fullest, is also likely to enter BB house this season. She is missing in action for a while now and participation in Bigg Boss Telugu season 4 can offer her the much needed strong comeback on TV.

Comedian Avinash of Jabardasth fame is yet another TV personality who is touted to be taking part in BB Telugu season 4. Though his colleagues Ramprasad and others were also rumoured to be participating in the show, Avinash is likely to enter the BB house this season.

Noted supporting actress Karate Kalyani, who made her presence felt in Telugu movies, is expected to feature in the upcoming season 4 of Bigg Boss Telugu. The makers are leaving no stone unturned to make this season exciting and Karate Kalyani can spice up the show as expected.
Close sources reveal that YouTube sensation Gangavva aka Milkuri Gangavva was also approached and she is likely to feature in the upcoming season. Amid Corona scare, this 58-year-old YouTuber’s participation in the show is something to watch out for.
Sources close to the show reveal that popular Instagrammer Mehaboob Shaikh is also roped in for this season. He is popular for his cover songs and other fun videos. And the talented actor-dance enjoys a huge following on Instagram with over 240k followers. Though an official confirmation is awaited, it remains to be seen how he can entertain in the show.

Her Bigg Boss entry can be a pleasant surprise for fans. All the contestants of the season are reportedly under isolation at a private hotel in Hyderabad now. As per close sources, BB Telugu 4 has been postponed to the first weekend of September due to Ishmart Jodi grand finale and Nagarjuna's birthday (Aug 29). However, an official confirmation is awaited at the moment.
