woke up to the 'Hare Rama Hare Krishna' song from Mahesh Babu-starerr 'Okkadu' on their 12th day in the house.
In the kitchen, Hari Teja was seen discussing Siva Balaji's ‘bizarre’ habit of spitting in the kitchen sink with Sameer. Meanwhile, Prince and Kalpana shared a light conversation about the latter’s daughter. Post breakfast, the inmates chilled by the pool where Dhanraj asked Siva Balaji about who he’s trying to impress between Archana and Hari Teja. He pulled Balaji’s leg as the rest burst out laughing.
Clearly, all of them except Kartheeka and Madhupriya have turned against the house captain Kalpana. During one of these conversations among them, we got to know that Kalpana did not eat anything cooked by the others for three days.
Kalpana, Madhupriya, Hari Teja, Adarsh and Kartheeka indulge in amusic session by rendering 'Sa re ga ma pa'.
Finally, the task for choosing the next captain of the house, 'Chal Chal Gurram' began, with Kalpana, Siva Balaji and Prince being asked to sit and swing on a rocking horse. The one to last the longest would become the next captain. Siva Balaji gave up after a while, but everyone were amazed at Kalpana’s spirit as she survived six hours. Prince openly asked the inmates to talk to Kalpana to give up because he wanted to become captain and thereby, earn immunity since he has been nominated for this week’s elimination. Madhupriya, who has become infamous for weeping at the drop of a hat since the beginning of the show, did not cry in this episode and was seen cheering for the prospective captain.
Kalpana's attitude baffled the rest, who were seen talking about why she is keen on retaining the captaincy if she had no vested interests. Sameer, Archana and Hari Teja felt that they shouldn’t support or strengthen Kalpana by being nice to her since she is “greedy”.
In a shocking twist, Sameer and Dhanraj discussed how Kalpana had thrown tantrums in front of Kartheeka and Madhupriya, her only supporters in the house.
The episode concluded with a sweet surprise for the inmates as Mumait Khan, who had been summoned for interrogation as part of the ongoing drugs case investigation, returned. All of them looked happy and Dhanraj, while doing the dishes, thanked Bigg Boss for sending Mumait back to them.
One from the three nominated contestants — Madhupriya, Sameer and Prince — will be evicted from the house in tonight's episode.
