After a grand launch,
Big Boss Telugu’s first episode on Monday managed to arrest the attention of viewers. In case if you had missed it, we can take you through the events that took place.
It all started with the contestants being asked to name the least deserving candidate on the show. Sameer, on behalf of everyone, named Sampoornesh Babu. Immediately after that, much to their surprise, Bigg Boss named Sampoornesh as the house captain for the week and assigned him a whole lot of power, giving him immunity against elimination.

After freshening up, the inmates were alarmed to a bell which led them to the grocery room in the house, from where they fetched all their week's supply of food to the kitchen. As the contestants had elaborate talks as to how and who should get involved or be assigned to household chores, a message from Big Boss asking them to come to the couch arrives.
Each contestant is asked to enter the confession room and give their choice of contestants who could be eliminated from the show, with reasons. As they voted a few participants out, it was Jyoti, Madhu Priya, Kathi Mahesh, Kathi Kartheeka and
Hari Teja that got a couple of votes with
Jyoti being nominated by many.
Meanwhile, the house captain Sampoo gets a message to visit the confession room, where he is told to restrict the smoking room facility to one person at a time.
Later in the day, a message was read out by Dhanraj where it is told to the contestants to share the most painful moment or regrets of their life. Kathi Mahesh, Kartheeka, Madhu Priya, Hari Teja, Sameer, Prince and Jyoti shared their most regretful incidents that occurred to them.
The second episode will show the rest of them sharing their views on the task given.
