Allu Arjun turns 43: Midnight fan surge forces cops to step in

Hundreds of fans assembled near Allu Arjun’s home around midnight, with many bursting crackers, performing pujas and raising slogans. As the crowd swelled, security struggled to maintain order, with fans pushing to get closer to the residence. Police stepped in to control the crowd and manage movement along the narrow lane. Authorities clarified that the intervention was purely precautionary, with no lathi charge involved.

“There was no lathi charge as such. Since the lane leading to his house is quite narrow, the police had to step in to manage and control the crowd. Each time they dispersed one group, another set of fans would arrive, making it difficult to regulate the situation. The police action was only to control the crowd and move people along; there was no hitting or use of force.”
