Ashmita Karnani took fans by surprise by announcing her sabbatical from acting. Replying to a fan query on her upcoming show in her recent Q&A session on Instagram, Ashmita said that she is taking a break from acting in TV shows and movies for a while. She added that she will do TV or films only if she is missing 'acting', otherwise, she is quite 'happy' doing videos for her video sharing platform.
Answering yet another fan query, the actress mentioned that she is 'not that career-oriented' and is just making the best of what she has.
In the session, Ashmita revealed that she loves working with her

team yet again. Quipping that she feels tired even after sleeping for over 12 hours, Ashmita shared that she can't wait to buy a new house and clothes soon after the
lockdown
ends.

Padmavyuham
' days during the chat session. Describing it as the 'Golden period' for Telugu TV, Ashmita said back then they used to have strong scripts and characters besides pack ups at 6 pm.
