show fame has thanked all the blood donors on his social media handle.

Sharing a small video, Jiva Ravi wrote, “Salute all our Donors real warriors for being life savers, A Bow to our Blood Bank and Blood Team, let the good continue, Blessed to be a part of the good deeds and lovely hearts (sic)”


Not many know that Jiva Ravi along with actor Vishal and

doctor Deepa

and others are associated with an NGO that helps people arrange blood, plasma amid the pandemic. The organisation also distributes food to people in need.

Ravi is also a regular blood donor. Besides this, Ravi along with his fellow members and friends spread awareness on

.

On the work front, Jiva Ravi is seen in the shows Thirumagal (as Parameshwaran) and Chithi 2. Besides this, he is known for his appearances in the shows like Gokulathil Seethai (as Jaikrishna Rajashekar), Ayudha Ezhuthu (as Ravi), Oru Oorula Oru Rajakumari (as Rasaathi's father), Oviya (as Ravi Verma), Nila (as Rajashekar), to name a few. Apart from this, Jiva Ravi has been part of over 30 movies, which includes 3, Kaththi, Mouna Guru, Jeeva and Kaaki Sattai, to name a few.

World Blood Donor Day (

WBDD

) was launched in 2005 jointly by the World Health Organization (WHO), the International Federation of Red Cross, and Red Crescent Societies. The day is observed in many countries to spread awareness regarding the need for safe blood, blood products, and express gratitude to the blood donors for their voluntary and life-saving deeds.
