Popular Tamil actress Raadhika is all set to treat her fans with a Tamil TV serial soon. In the upcoming Tamil show, she plays an important role, as the mother of two daughters.
Award-winning actress Raadhika is known for her stellar performances in various films across all the South Indian languages. The actress is all set to make her new Tamil TV series "Thaayamma, where she plays an important role, a mother struggling with her two daughters”.
Actor Vijay’s father director S.A. Chandrasekar plays an important role in the serial. The serial is produced by Radaan Media (Raadhika Sarathkumar).
Talking about the show, Thaayamma actress Radhika Sarathkumar said, “ I am glad to associate with such a huge director and actor S.A. Chandrasekar sir. Each and every character in the serial is unique and definitely, the show entertains every audience, and I am very happy to be part of the show."
Reshma, who has already played the lead in the popular daily soap Poove Poochudava, is playing the female lead in this serial. Actress Radhika is returning to a TV show after many years and it is indeed a celebration for her fans. Many of her fans are now eagerly looking forward to the launch of this new show.
Raadhika is a dancer-turned-actor who made her debut in the Tamil movie Kizhakke Pogum Rail. Despite the fact that the actress played a handful of roles, she appeared in critically acclaimed movies like Meendum Oru Kaathal Kathai, Dharma Devathai (1986), Neethikku Thandanai (1987), and Keladi Kanmani (1990). The actress was last seen appearing in Pradeep Ranganathan's Love Today.
