Vani Rani team’s Pongal on the set

had a whale of a time celebrating Pongal on the set for the third consecutive year.

, who plays the titular roles, avers that the festival has become a mandatory of sorts for the team over the years. She says, “We have gathered together for welcoming Pongal in the last two years, too. It feels great to work with the same big team for years together. Almost everyone in the team was dressed in traditional attires. The set had decorative pots, kolams, sugarcane, etc. It was a rehash of the celebration we had in the previous years.” Recently, the team canned some crucial portions in Australia for eight days.
