is gearing up for a spectacular wedding episode.
Shot for over a week, director R Devendran says that they are excited to telecast the sequences.“We had shot the sequences over a span of eight days with 300-500 artistes and crew. An actual wedding hall was chosen to ensure that our audiences have a realistic wedding experience right from their television screens. We began the telecast this week, with a duration of one hour. Since Friday is a muhurthanaal, our show will be telecast for two hours. I am certain that the audiences will have a week full of entertainment with twists and turns while witnessing dance, comedy, and a myriad of sentiments.”
The director also adds that this will be a sangamam episode. “Artistes from Amman 3, Abhi Tailor and Namma Madurai Sisters also took part as guests in this special wedding week celebration.”
Devendran says that the cast was cooperative and understanding of the tight schedule. “All the actors worked hard throughout the eight days. Everyone gave their 100 per cent with just minimum breaks and a singular focus on just completing the shoot whilst giving a spectacular performance and being punctual for each shot. Actors like Nalini, Gayathri Jayaraman, Nakshathra, Shyam, Sethu, and Nanjil Vijayan, and others, never let it slow down. Even the junior artistes were all the more obliging. I thought it would be strenuous, but everyone was efficient and reciprocal,” he says.
