Azhagu's team to hold a special celebration on 1st April

The Team members of the TV show Azhagu are going to hold a special celebration which will be aired on the small screen on 1st of April. The

celebrations

are set in such a way that the lead characters Azhagu aka Alagammai (

Revathy

) and Palaniswamy (Thalaivasal Vijay) are getting married during this show.

After their marriage celebrations, Revathy and Thalaivasal Vijay are inviting their friends and public for a grand treat at their home to share their joy and happiness.

Azhagu is a family drama which features Lokesh, Mithra Kurian, Manikanda, Niranjan, Sahana Sheddy and many others.

S.Maruthu Shankar has penned the dialogues, while story and screenplay are penned by C.U.Muthuselvan. Episodes 1-48 of the show were directed by Ravi V.C. and O.N.Rathnam took over the direction from episode 49 onwards. Vaidehi Ramamurthy is producing this serial.

Azhagu was preceded by another show called Vamsam. As of 20th March 2018, the show has crossed the milestone of 100 episodes.
