Abi Navya
. The actor took a break from acting after his marriage and left the show Endrendrum Punnagai.
After a short break, the actor is set to come back as the male lead in the upcoming series, Namma Madurai Sisters.
Deepak will play Raja Manickam’s son, uncle of the Madurai sisters, who attempts to wreak havoc on their lives at every opportunity. The story will explore the relationship between Rajamanickam’s son and Kavya, the younger sister of Indrani. Kavya's character is portrayed by Ira Agarwal.
The serial will be launched on February 21.
Set at the backdrop of Madurai, Namma Madurai Sisters revolves around the lives of four sisters, each with distinctive characteristics. The show narrates the life of Indrani (essayed by Chaya Singh), who is laden with family responsibilities at a young age after they lose their parents.
In her pursuit to avenge the death of her parents and to protect her sisters, Indrani grows from a young, naïve town belle to a resilient woman. The story also captures the journey of the three younger sisters, Meghala (Sunitha), Bhuvana (Sankavi), and Kavya (Ira Agarwal).
