, the new leaders of both the tribes had a pep talk with their respective tribe members.

to control his anger and try to talk politely.
The host
Arjun invited both the tribes for the reward challenge. Arjun asked about
Lady Kash
's injury. She replied that doctors advised her to stay out of the challenge for the day. Hence, Arjun asked one member from the Vedargal tribe to stay out and Besant Ravi volunteered for the same.
According to the task, the members should climb the ‘A’ shaped wooden frame and slide down. Later, they should climb the slippery trunk and reach the stage. They then have to jump into the water and reach the next stage (another platform). Only one member from each tribe should swim across and unlock the puzzle pieces. The other members on the stage should arrange the wooden pieces as instructed and solve the puzzle.
The Vedargal tribe was very quick and they advanced in the task. Narayan alone had trouble climbing the slippery tree trunk. Nandaa got down and helped Narayan.
On the other hand, barring
Umapathy Ramaiah, all the others faced troubles in climbing the trunk. Amzath Khan had a tough time climbing the tree. He even broke down and finally with Umapathy’s help, climbed the trunk.
Meanwhile, Vedargal tribe members started to arrange the wooden blocks to solve the puzzle. After arranging all the blocks, they found the error made by them. Hence, they had to re-arrange everything from scratch.
The Kadargal tribe with the help of
Lakshmi Priyaa
solved the puzzle first and therefore they won the reward challenge.
Arjun mentioned the special efforts from Nandaa and Umapathy. Later, Arjun lauded Lakshmi as the puzzle queen for her smartness.
Arjun called Vanessa, the leader of the Kadargal tribe, and gave 50 gold coins for winning the reward challenge. He said that few other gifts awaited them on their island.
