Suresh Gopi and Neeta Pillai starrer ‘Paappan’ set for its World TV Premiere

Get ready for a weekend filled with thrill and mystery, on the small screen. The Tamil dubbed version of Paappan starring Malayalam superstar Suresh Gopi and actress Neeta Pillai is set for its TV premiere.
The movie premiere is slated for Sunday (July 30) at 3.30 PM on a popular Tamil channel.

‘Paappan’ features Suresh Gopi, Gokul Suresh, and Neeta Pillai in the lead roles.Asha Sharath, Manasa Radhakrishnan, Nyla Usha, Vijayaraghavan, Chandunath, Ajmal Ameer, Janardhanan, Sajitha Madathil, Nandhu, Tini Tom, Shammi Thilakan, Abhishek Raveendran, Dayyana Hameed, Sadhika Venugopal, and Baiju Jose play supporting roles.

The film was written by RJ Shaan and directed by Joshiy. Music is composed by Jakes Bejoy while Cinematography and editing are handled by Ajay David Kachappilly and Shyam Sasidharan.

The story revolves around ASP Vincy Abraham (Neeta Pillai) who is in charge of the murder of superstar Ravi Vamrman’s (Rahul Madhav) driver Rajan (Sreejith Ravi). The murder is followed quickly by another crime, that causes SI Soman's (Tini Tom) life. Vincy zeroes in on Chacko (Shammy Thilakan), as the modus operandi is similar to his. In the meantime, DSP (Vijayaraghavan) brings in, as an adviser, ex-cop Abraham Mathew Mathan, aka Pappan (Suresh Gopi), and Vincy’s father, who had arrested Chacko earlier. Though both Pappan and Vincy didn’t get along because of a bitter past event, they agree to work together. The investigation takes many twists and turns and how they nab the murderer makes up the rest of the story.
