Adithya takes
Parvathy into a room for the Chandra darshan ritual.
Mithra complains to
Vanaja
about Adithya. Vanaja plans to put Parvathy and Adithya on spot.
Guruji informs
Akhilandeswari
that that it is time for the kumkum ritual. Vanaja complains to Akhilandeswari that Adithya and Parvathy are missing from some time.
Akhilandeswari followed by the family members rush to find Adithya. As Akhilandeswari knocks on the door, Adithya lies that he was on a business call. Akhilandeswari takes Adithya and Mithra to perform the kumkum ritual.
Vanaja finds Parvathy hidden behind the doors. She kicks Parvathy out of the guest house and locks the door.
Adithya reluctantly participates in the ritual. Due to an accident, Mithra suffers irritation in the eyes while the kumkum falls on Parvathy’s forehead.
Purushothaman-Akhilandeswari and Arun-Aishwarya complete the ritual. By the time, Mithra recovers from the eye irritation, the auspicious time is over and she misses the opportunity. Akhilandeswari gets angry with Mithra for missing the ritual. But she is shocked to see kumkum on Parvathy’s forehead.
When Akhilandeswari shouts at Parvathy, she lies that the doors were locked and hence she was waiting outside.
Akhilandeswari is frustrated over Parvathy’s kumkum. She breaks the articles in the room and injures her hand in the process. The doctor, who treats her, informs
Purushothaman
that Akhilandeswari is depressed about something and asks him to fix the issue.
Adithya wants to reveal to Akhilandeswari about his secret marriage with Parvathy. He plans to disclose the truth to Akhilandeswari on his birthday and plans to take Guruji’s help in this regard.
